Do you not think the option 'anyone else' gives the option for other unthought of options?
Out of interest, what formation do you think England should use, and who should play in the 'hole' if a 'hole' player is required (if it is a deep hole, maybe a tall player would fill it?? - do you know of any tall players used to playing in holes???)
No, I spotted the compliment - and thanked him, and then politely asked him for his opinion (although I know his opinion that Crouch is the best player Engalnd have for holding up play and linking midfield and forwards).
