To be honest i hope hes broke his metatarsel

Ive broke my left metatarsel twice and its pretty easy going

The 1st time i was ina cast for two days
Then got out and played footy that day and was fine

A month later i broke it again and i was ina cast for a WEEK and was ruled out for about another week so it isent too bad

A twisted ankle can rule out our for 2-4weeks

i broke mine a few months ago and walked round on it for 3 days before i realised i had to go the hospital! didnt have a cast tho. And was signed off work for a month, it was great!

Broke thiers and was out for months though

Rooney did his in the euros and becks did his just before the euros

........er.......wasn't expecting anyone to actually hope he'd broken a bone......but if he's back sooner rather than later I can see the logic.

Still.......I seem to remember Beckham and rooney beening out for quite a while when they that happened to them.....
