'Are you a lucky BARSTARD' or something like that. It was advertising their new on line fruit machines. I've had an account with them for a number of years, but hardly ever used it.
I saw what they were trying to do - humour wise, but thought it was poor for a company like them to use such a play on words. So I replied and told them. A couple of hours later I got a gtovelling appology, they agreed the language was not right, and they have said they will never do it again.
Then yesterday, when I got home from work, had a hand signed letter from head of something or other, apologising and saying my account has been creditted with £25 by way of their way of saying sorry.

Just need a nice certainty to put it on.
